Old South Bar-B-Q is a true family tradition. Joy Llewallyn took the reins from her parents, the late Helen and Jim Llewallyn, and among her small team, three families are employed. The restaurant’s design and décor have remained unchanged since it opened, and the recipes are just as they were when mom & dad opened the doors in 1968. Only one menu change, Joy says, was adding two amazing sauce options from her husbby, Paul Banks.
